One summer, I became entranced by this prehistoric plant , Equisetum . It is considered to be a living fossil. Almost every day I would visit our local swimming hole where they grow in abundance and on my way home pick a few in their various states of desiccation and put them in a vase ; the colors were so beautiful to me and I love the simplicity of form that in profusion creates a lovely pattern. This print is a perfect shape to hang in the space above a bed!
